Team Women's Running runs through the night!
From left to right Liz Romano, Karen Pearce, Jo Luckman, Sarah Trigg, WR team captain Ronnie Haydon, WR team captain Anne-Marie Lategan and Marnie BylesCongratulations to the Women's Running team for completing 24 laps of the gruelling adidas Thunder Run 24 course this weekend. The seven-strong team, comprised team captains Anne-Marie Lategan and Ronnie Haydon and the girls braved winding, twisting trails and hills in the 24-hour relay event which saw each team member complete multiple laps of the 10K course. The race started at midday on Saturday 31st July and finished at midday the following day, so the girls not only braved the trails but stayed up through most of the night to take it in turns to go out and run. Thanks to adidas for the high vis kit and Silva for the great torches!
