    Hi all,

I'm definatley new to this forum and site. I'm an avid follower of the magazine and I've signed up for my first marathon following one of the plans on here. My marathon is mid march and I ran my first half marathon last weekend. Initially I thought I could run the whole thing in 4 hours 30mins but running the half (which was hilly) at 2.50 I'm not so sure. I want to meet my goal of 4hours 30 and I think food is the way forward. Unless anyone has any other ideas?
Does anyone know of food plans to follow, I am allergic to wheat and dairy which shouldn't hinder my progress too much. What do you do to get rid of the sugar cravings? All I want is something sweet
