new and still going

    hi, am ashley. i be running for a yaer and still going. i start a yaer septamber. i move to a new flat with a park next to it. i start walking then i end up running. i can do 30min now with out stopping. i do a mix of intervals,hills and tempo. in one year i start i loss 4 dress sizes, i was a size 18 and now i am a size 12. i found love and freedom then i run now. i have 3 more dress sizes to loss. i being do this for a yaer and still going, my new flat don't have park naer by,but i more will to sill keep going.
