All in luxurious surroundings, with healthy, nutritious food and a fantastic celebratory reception, including a glass of Champagne and canapes, on the day of your arrival!

This exclusive Women’s Running break takes place at Champneys in Tring, Hertfordshire (with easy access from the M25), from Monday 18 April to Wednesday 20 April. Tring is Champneys’ flagship venue, recently refurbished and each room has its own en suite bathroom. There’s also a team of medical experts on hand and should you be unfortunate enough to need physiotherapy, this is available on site (at extra cost). There’s also a Kriotherapy ice chamber, to boost muscle recovery.Do as much or as little as you want! Bring a friend or a partner and bask in the relaxing surroundings. There are also seminars from the Women’s Running team, including post-marathon nutrition, self hypnosis for improving your running and defining your goals.
