Lorraine's story:

49-year-old Lorraine juggles her busy job as a cardiac nurse with being a mother of two. She took up running to lose weight and lead a healthier life after being told that her blood pressure was so high that she was in danger of having a stroke. She lost five stones and also gave up smoking. This is her second marathon. Lorraine wants to be ‘fab at 50’ next year!
