There's nothing quite like team spirit! Many women choose to enter as part of a team with friends, family or colleagues and since the Ignis Asset Management Women's 10k is renowned for it's great atmosphere and crowd support, entering as part of a team only adds to the experience.

How to enter?

To enter your team, simply go to the Ignis Asset Management Women's 10K website Here to complete your own individual entry. Ensure you have the following details are agreed with your team-mates before you do:

• Names of all of your team-mates taking part
• Your team name (correct spelling please!)
• Which Team Challenge category you are planning to enter
